– When your back is up against the wall and your only way out is straight through. Are you going to submit in front of the difficulty that’s blocking your way to your greatness or you going to look dead ahead with fire in your eyes, passion in your heart & the will to keep on pushing?

Sleep is just as important as any activity, so if you need to add power naps(2 to 4 hours) to your regimen then do so.

– 9:30am but my ultimate goal is 5:00am

In order to correct your circadian rhythm, you must turn off all forms of distractions: iPhones, androids, tvs, music, radio, lights, reading material, etc. If it has to deal with this world, turn it off an hour before resting.
YES! Lay in complete darkness for an hour. Why?
This allows and helps the brain to secrete melatonin throughout the body which aids in your sleep cycles.
And if you do this long enough, create & cultivate this habit long enough. Your body will automatically set itself to secrete at that time without effort.
So you will rest more thoroughly and be more refreshed each day.
Your current goal is 9:30am?
Then you must be asleep by 1:30am which means you must SHUT DOWN ALL THE DISTRACTIONS at 00:30am(12:30am)
If you’re starting to complain or come up with excuses to not better your life then you must be losing right now.
